WCNC Welcome Reception Monday 17th 18:00 ­ 20:00 CRESCENT CITY BREWHOUSE Decatur Street - French Quarter Sponsored by Verizon Wireless Enjoy the sounds of a New Orleans Jazz Trio and sample the food that the "Big Easy" made famous. The Crescent City Brewhouse is New Orleans favorite. Facing the Mississippi, the atmosphere is warm, relaxed and friendly. Prominently displayed behind the bar are the enormous copper brew-kettles, where the Crescent City Brewhouse’s 4 specialty beers are brewed according to the Bavarian Purity Law of 1516. The Crescent City Brewhouse combines Old World libations and New World - New Orleans ­ creations. After the reception you can explore the French Quarter on your own or take the shuttle bus back to the Sheraton. Open to all WCNC Attendees Shuttle Buses will depart the Convention Center at 17:30-18:00 and return to the Sheraton beginning at 19:00.

WCNC BADGES AND TICKETS WCNC Badges must be worn at all times and are necessary for admittance to all WCNC Sessions, shuttle buses, CTIA WIRELESS Keynotes, and the Exhibit Floor. You must wear your name badge at all times while in the Ernest Morial Convention Center. Tickets and Badges are needed for entry to the Conference Banquet on Tuesday. (Tue 6:30 ­ 7:30, Wed & Thu 7:00 ­ 8:00) All Technical Sessions speakers should attend on the morning of their presentation. Please sit with the session chair and authors of your session.

SPEAKER REHEARSAL ROOM Room 216 of the Convention Center will be equipped with an LCD projector, Overhead Projector Screen and may be used to review or rehearse your presentations. The room will be open Sunday ­ Thursday during the hours of the conference. STUDENT TRAVEL GRANT CHECKS Student Travel Grant Checks will be distributed at the Speakers Breakfast on the day of your presentation. WCNC NETWORKING AM/PM BREAKS Networking AM/PM Breaks will be in the lobby of the WCNC Meeting Area. The afternoon breaks on Tuesday and Wednesday are sponsored by Nokia Corporation. Thursday’s afternoon break is sponsored by Ericsson. INTERNET CAFÉ & WIRELESS LAN ACCESS The CTIA WIRELESS Internet Café, sponsored by Hewlett Packard, may be used by WCNC attendees. Internet Cafes are located outside of Halls A and D. Hours of Operation Monday ­ Wednesday from 8:00 ­ 18:00. Information on Wireless LAN Access will be available in the WCNC registration and meeting areas. RESTAURANTS AND REFRESHMENTS Food Courts and Restaurants are conveniently located throughout the Convention Center. Concessions are available on the CTIA Exhibit Floor. In addition the food court, the River Walk can easily be accessed outside of Hall A.
